Urban Housing Manifesto is an invesigation about what housing in urban areas should be about. Vertical housing has proven to be a problamatic way of living on many levels. While living in the suburbs “detached house” has its own problems too. Therefore, this project tries to combine the advantages of the two and leavs the disadvantages out. By creating a grid system that could be applied in any time and anywhere, a new way of living could be constructed. The relationship between private, semi-private and public plays a huge role in achieving the quality of the core concept. Hence, the courtyards between and within units are important, the tictonic space strategy of the unit as a result is crucial too.
